initial meeting

If you've read through our website or you've heard about us through the grapevine and want to dig a little deeper, contact us for a free consultation.

During this meeting we will ask several questions to get a feel for your goals for the project.

Once we have a feel for your situation, we will discuss how our company can help you achieve those goals. next, We lay out our fees and schedules.

after giving it some thought, both parties decide if there is a good fit between us. if so, we can move on to the design stage.

design stage

The design stage involves a more in depth questionnaire to allow us an even better look at your must-haves, should-haves and nice-to-haves. feel free to show us pictures of other pools, spas and landscapes that you like. the more information we can get at this point, the better.

we take all of this information and begin to create designs that match your goals. after presenting a mix of hand drawings, 3d perspective drawings, cad blueprints and material samples, we will make any necessary changes until you are happy that we have achieved your goal. once we reach this point, we create construction plans.

construction plans

construction plans are used as a guide for contractors to price the job accurately and also to build the project as designed.

not all contractors and designers share the same idea of what a quality project is made of. construction plans allow the designer to relay very specific information to the builders to make sure that you are getting a high quality project.

because construction plans are so detailed, you will end up with an exact price for the project with no surprises.

 

construction and startup

If you select waterworks to construct your pool, spa and landscape we can take care of all of the details, from permits, through start up. Construction will progress quickly, because our designer, brad cross, is also our project manager and he has many years of experience in managing the different phases of your build.

if you select another contractor to turn our design into reality, we will be on-site as often as is needed in order to make sure that the work is being performed at an extremely high level.
